Eye of round roast
3 – 4 cloves garlic
2 – 3 chili peppers
2 – 3 bay leaves
Place above ingredients in a pot of water, enough to cover meat.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 mins. Remove from water and cool completely. Roll in coarse pepper and then brown all around in hot oil in a frying pan. Cool and slice as needed.
