Cook carrots as usual, cubed or cut lenthwise
Mix together:
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup butter
2 tsp corn starch
½ tsp ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
Heat above ingredients over medium heat until smooth sauce is formed. Add cooked carrots (cut in cubes or cut lengthwise); cook over medium heat, turning carrots until well glazed.
