½ cup Butter
1 cup Water
Bring to a boil
Add: mixing well
1 cup Flour
¼ tsp Salt
Add:
4 Eggs – one at a time. Beating well after adding each egg.
Drop by spoonful on baking sheet. Bake at 350˚ until golden.
When cool, cut in half and fill with whipped cream. Replace the top half of the cream puff. Garnish with a sifting of confectioners' sugar.
