The Verbena Dormitory building which houses the Museum, Dormitory Coffee House, Gift Shop and public washrooms is wheelchair and walker accessible with ramp access on the west side.

A grant received from the Alberta Museum Association in 2008, enabled the development of the Closet Dane exhibit on the main floor of the Museum allowing for persons with mobility barriers to enjoy and experience a number of indoor and outdoor exhibits.

Thank you to the Red Deer Danish Canadian Club for their generous on-going contributions towards our Pathways project to widen and improve access to our buildings and grounds.
